Orana Education & Training Co-operative Ltd (OEC) is a community focused not-for-profit co-operative operating in Dubbo and throughout central and western NSW. The object of OEC is to provide the relief of poverty, destitution and disadvantage amongst Indigneous peoples and disadvantaged communities of western regional New South Wales. OEC has a long tradition of working closely with Indigneous communities in western NSW - providing assistance and work related programmes to deliver real outcomes in these communities ( See article titled "Goodooga Shines").

OEC is entirely committed to providing opportunities for communities to grow throughout the Central and Western NSW region. We have a presence in over a dozen communities and provide local understanding with professional service and skill to regional NSW.

The strength of OEC is due in a large part to the commitment of its staff. Every employee of OEC is committed to 'Making a Difference' and OEC has adopted that phrase as its motto.
